Product Range

Included in our wide range of products are:

  • SMART COLD CUSTARD: instant cold custard with excellent consistency and flavour, it can also be used in cooking or for the filling of frozen products.
  • THICKENERS: such as pectins, modified starches, carrageenans, agar, alginates, etc., in pure or blend formulas for all types of use.
  • ADDITIVES: sorbic acid, sorbates, propionates.
  • ACIDIFIERS: citric acid, malic acid, lactic acid, sodium pyrophosphate, glucono delta-lactone.
  • EMULSIFIERS: monodiglycerides of fatty acids, lecithins, monodiglyceride esters, etc.
  • COCOA AND DERIVATIVES: whole or defatted cocoa powder, cocoa butter and cocoa mass, also UTZ certified.
