Balanced blends for use in all products from oven to chemically raised products . Stable in the preparation phase of the dough, they work best in the baking process, ensuring a uniform porous and homogeneous development. They do not release foreign flavours into the finished product.

- CIAO: mixtures for rapid cooking of poured dough and biscuits.
- OKAY: mixtures for the slow cooking of large formats (e.g. doughnuts, cakes).
Storage & packaging
The products can remain effective for over 12 months.
